General Terms
Acceptance: By placing an order with Wise Laddu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Product Information: All product descriptions, pricing, and ingredients are provided as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in weight (e.g., e.g., 1 Kg ) and appearance may occur.
Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments through Razorpay and other specified gateways.
FSSAI Compliance: Our products are manufactured under strict hygiene standards and comply with FSSAI regulations, operating under our valid FSSAI Registration number 21525000003994
Liability & Warranty
Wise Laddu is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).
We offer no guarantee or warranty beyond the product’s quality upon delivery, given its perishable nature. Customers are responsible for proper storage as advised: “Store in cool, dry place. Consume within 30 days of packing”.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Satara, Maharashtra.
